Who is behind JUNO & SONS?
JUNO & SONS was founded by Terry Higgins, a long-time local of the Eastern Suburbs and former Rockpool and Qantas Hospitality GM. Backed by decades in the food and hospitality industry, Terry created the store to serve restaurant-quality food, specialty ingredients, and curated goods to the Elizabeth Bay community.
Where is JUNO & SONS located?
You’ll find us on a classic corner at 11 Roslyn Gardens, Elizabeth Bay, 2011 NSW — a neighbourhood store with a chef’s pantry feel.
What does JUNO & SONS offer?
We specialise in gourmet groceries, takeaway meals, barista-made coffee, house-made cakes, hard-to-find pantry items, homewares, gift boxes and more — all curated with care and quality in mind.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open:
Wednesday to Saturday – 7:00am to 4:00pm
Sunday – 8:00am to 1:00pm
We’re closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
Shopping Online & In-Store
Can I shop online at JUNO & SONS?
Yes! You can browse and purchase selected merchandise like homewares, apparel, and accessories via our online shop. For groceries, fresh goods, and takeaways, please visit us in-store.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Absolutely. Add items to your cart and select your preferred collection time at checkout. Click & Collect is free and available from our store in Elizabeth Bay. Orders placed by 6pm weekdays or 3pm weekends will be ready the next business day unless otherwise noted.
Is delivery available?
Yes — but only for merchandise items (like homewares, apparel, and accessories). We don’t currently deliver food, perishables or groceries. Those can be collected in-store.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping rates?
We offer FREE standard shipping within NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, and TAS on orders over $150 ($10 under $150).
For NT & WA, it's $10 over $200 or $20 under. Express and international rates apply — full details on our Shipping Policy.
How long will delivery take?
Express Post within Australia: 1–3 days (metro); 2–8 days (regional)
Standard Post within Australia: 4–6 days (metro); 6–14 days (regional)
NZ and International: Typically 5–14 working days depending on location
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind but happily provide refunds for faulty or misrepresented items. Simply contact us or visit in-store with proof of purchase.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes. For change-of-mind exchanges or store credit, please return unused items with tags and packaging within 14 days, along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns without a receipt.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major cards in-store and online, including Visa, Mastercard and debit cards. Online transactions are securely processed.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. Our site is SSL secured and all payments are processed via trusted gateways. You’re safe shopping with us.
